At NaM Sons, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from namsons.com or through our official WhatsApp channel can be returned or refunded.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical, healthcare, nutritional, and personal care products, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.

A product may be eligible for return if:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used products

Products with broken seals

Healthcare, nutritional, herbal, skin, and beauty products once opened

Items purchased on sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

Contact us via WhatsApp at 03435164285 within 48 hours of receiving your order

Share your order details and clear images/videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days

If approved, you will be provided with further return instructions.

 

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (where applicable)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, NaM Sons may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.

Replacement products will be shipped after approval of the return request.

 

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

NaM Sons reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

7. Damaged Products During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

Do not accept the package if visibly damaged

If accepted, report the issue within 48 hours with supporting images/videos

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

 

8. Policy Updates

NaM Sons reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
